Yom Teruah was a New Moon Day when the foundation of the earth was laid and the Benei Elohim Shouted (Teruah) for Joy. This coincides with the New Moon Day of the 7th Month which was the day before the creative works of YHVH began.

Job 38
4 Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding.
5 Who set its measurements, if you know? Or who stretched the line upon it?
6 Upon what were its foundations sunk? Or who laid its corner-stone,
7 when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of Elohim shouted/רוּעַ for joy?

Strongs 7321 rua: to raise a shout, give a blast
Original Word: רוּעַ
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: rua
Phonetic Spelling: (roo-ah’)
Definition: to raise a shout, give a blast

This was the day before the **recreation of the Earth began**. When the Ruach of Elohim hovered over the Face of the Waters. Interestingly that the word for Ruach/Spirit and Y’reach/Moon has the same Hebrew root.

Resh/Chet. Gen. 1:1 “Then Elohim said Let There be Light” and the Sun was Lit and gave Light to the Earth and it was Evening and it was Morning, Day 1. And the Moon, the lesser Light, is represented in Ruach, hovering over the Face of the Waters.

Both Ruach and Y’reach/Moon are feminine and both guide our steps in the Night so it was present before the first Day of recreation began while the Earth was in a state of Tohu Vavohu/ void and in a state of Chaos. Much like Noah’s flood when the lands were submerged under the water and the Earth had to be cleansed and renewed to its original state. So creation Week follows the Lunar Model with creation week when the foundation stone was laid on the New Moon day of The Seventh Month. Then Elohim worked 6 days from the calling forth of Light, and the Day 1 of creation began. He worked 6 complete days and rested on the 7th which would have actually been the 8th Day of the Moon.

Tomorrow (Oct 17, 2020) is the New Moon Day of The 7th Month when the Recreation of the Earth Began.
Psalms 81:3
Blow in the month a trumpet, In the new moon, on the day of our festival.
So the Shofar is blown on the Day of the Covered Moon, not the Full Moon as many of the bibles mistranslate this verse.

The word describing the Full Moon is
Strongs 3677, kese or keseh: full moon

however the Hebrew word describing the Moon is not, but rather

Strongs 3680
kasah: to cover
Original Word: כָּסָה
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: kasah
Phonetic Spelling: (kaw-saw’)
Definition: to cover

Now look at this verse in Hebrew, and see the deception of most Bible translations, of this verse, Psalm 81:3, and the word with asterisks, is not full Moon, but rather Covered Moon. This was speaking about Yom Teruah, when the Shofar is blown, to signify the recreation, of the Earth, has begun.

תִּקְע֣וּ בַחֹ֣דֶשׁ שֹׁופָ֑ר **בַּ֝כֵּ֗סֶה** לְיֹ֣ום חַגֵּֽנוּ׃

Yom Teruah is all about the Recreation of the Earth, and the Day of Shouting, and blowing the Shofar. It’s directly connected to the Covered New Moon Day/ בַּ֝כֵּ֗סֶה , of the 7th Month. Once you understand this Feast/Moed then all the confusion of creation week and the Lunar Shabbat will be dispelled.
